This section is considered by us like a contract with our Customers. Information and services are made available to Customers about our products and raw materials and it is considered fair that the following rules/terms and conditions will be respected by all the parties involved.

EMBO ORGANICS Pty Ltd is allowed  to:

• Withdraw and cancel services if (potential) Customers expectations are not met/to be met , and make related financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations about products' quality and delivery, such as liability for  timing, information errors and/or website downtime.
• Explain copyright rules about the products' formulations, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behaviour when commenting about certain products quality and/or performance, like forbidding unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Prevent other parties to on-sell our products unless such agreements  are reached in advance
•  Write down any other terms or conditions that protect us as a Company and our Customers.
